Directions from the south
Exit 5 freeway at Oso (Pacific Park) , Turn left, then right onto Cabot Road
Go 3 lights, then past Paseo De Valencia, Then turn left at the second Driveway on the left. Go straight back. Suite 112 or Dr. Jason is on the outside of the building (look left) Suite 109 is just inside the building…the walkway just to the left of suite 112
Directions from the north
Exit the 5 Freeway at La Paz. Go straight off the exit and DO NOT TURN. The road becomes Cabot Road. Remember, DO NOT TURN!! Go past the Just Tire dealer on the left side and make the very next right turn into the driveway.
Go straight back. Suite 112 or Dr. Jason is on the outside of the building (look left)
Suite 109 is just inside the building…the walkway just to the left of suite 112
